31 Days to Rewire Matrix Programming: Day 1 - Vision

Daily downloads to rewire your nervous system and unplug from the bullshit.

Dearest Reader,

Today, I’ve set a new challenge for myself.

I didn’t know what it would be — until about an hour ago. And truthfully, the details are still coming through. They’ll work themselves out as I move through the creation. But since I’ve already let you into some of the most intimate corners of my life, it only feels right to bring you with me… through the ideation, the creation, the becoming.

First, a quick moment for July.

I decided to write on July 1. And I made a sacred pact with myself:
Don’t think about August until August.

That single choice released me from the unnecessary pressure I usually pile on. And it worked… mostly.

The anxiety didn’t hit until last night. But instead of spiraling, I reminded myself:

Everything has already worked out.

So I breathed. I grabbed my phone, not to scroll, but to pour out the swirl of thoughts keeping my brain awake. Five minutes later, I put it down, turned on rain sounds, and fell asleep to a real thunderstorm outside.

This morning felt... off.

I felt the absence of the 31-day challenge.
There was no post due. No inner fire demanding I show up.
But I wanted to.

And that’s when I knew:
If I keep walking as the version of me I write about — my highest self — then the idea will come.
It just needs space. It needs a path.

So, how does she, my highest self, clear a path?

She wakes up early.

Right now, my only alone time exists in the early morning hours. So I had to change.

I had to retrain my night owl wiring and rise with the sun.
The thought lived in me for years before it became action.
But the shift came when I made other changes, because deep down, I wanted this one too.

Now that I’ve carved out the time, the question becomes:
What do I do with it?

On my best days: I go to the gym. 45 minutes of movement. 20 minutes in the sauna. Then straight to my office.

On my second-best days: I go straight to my home altar.
I ground.

Because if I don’t, the world comes crashing in without a filter.

Grounding, for me, looks like:

  • Cleansing polluted thoughts, residual energy, stuck emotions

  • Remembering that existence is more than what’s visible

  • Journaling my gratitude—for all that is, was, and is coming

  • Receiving “random” prompts from the Universe to realign with my purpose

This morning was a second-best day. I skipped the gym… I'm bleeding, and I give myself grace.

Just now I realized yoga was at 9:45… it’s 9:53.
I missed it.

But this moment, these words… they were meant to come out. And they wouldn’t have, if I had gone.

Another moment of radical faith.

After grounding, I picked up my pendulum. A tool I use to access what my subconscious already knows. (I will be sharing how to use one soon, if you’re interested.)

I asked about three or four potential topics for the August challenge, and got a YES on all of them.

At least I had a direction.

My thought was this: I basically trauma-dumped for 31 days. Now it’s time I give back by sharing how I’m healing.

So maybe, just maybe, you’ll find a tool that helps you, too.

The shortlist:

  • 31 ways I’m healing my nervous system

  • 31 days of intuitive readings

  • 31 ways I’ve embraced a spiritual life

  • 31 recipes of some sort

  • 31 ways I’m rewiring my brain

  • 31 ways I’m mastering my energy

I asked ChatGPT. It gave me generic, boring suggestions.
I asked my daughter. She gently nudged me toward “rewiring.”

But then came the real questions:
How do I keep it random?
How do I keep it light and inspired, not pressure-packed?
How do I make sure I don’t lose interest halfway through?

Answer: I don’t change who I am.

I build the challenge around what I already do.

One of my longest-standing practices is pulling angel cards daily. I use them to align with who I want to be.

They’re one of the tools that helped save me from the darkness I once lived in.

In my darkest year, I made TikToks about those daily messages.
Even when the darkness was louder than the light.

Eventually, I stopped filming because I still had work to do in the shadows.

Every day that I pulled a card, I thought:
You should’ve recorded that.
Someone needed that message.
You’re a coward.
You suck.
Why can’t you just get over yourself?

But the truth is:
I couldn’t.

Until now.

Now, I can.

So I proudly present to you:

31 Days to Rewire Matrix Programming

Channeled prompts, nervous system tools, and daily truth bombs to help you break free.

Each day, I’ll:

  • Pull a card.

  • Channel a message.

  • Write from my soul.

  • And give you one tool to try.

These posts will not be pre-written.
This isn’t content. I’m not batch creating.
This is a live journey of trust.

Because nothing is random.
And everything is aligned.

Welcome to August.

Could this be any more aligned with the life we’re walking toward?

I’ve been talking for weeks about stepping into my highest self. Not because I’m obsessed with perfection, but because I’m done being consumed by things that don’t truly matter in the grand scheme of existence.

By distractions.
By illusions.
By old loops designed to keep me small.

And I know you’re doing that, too, because you’re here with me instead of the other infinite possibilities.

To embody your highest self, you must first be willing to see her/him. (I’m going to stick with ‘her’ throughout my writing, but this goes for any gender.)

Close your eyes.
What is she wearing?
How does she carry herself?
What kind of silence surrounds her?
How does she speak when no one is watching?
What does joy look like in her world?

Your highest self is not a stranger. She is the vision you keep pushing aside when you're too tired, too scared, or too programmed to believe she’s real.

But she’s already living the life you ache for.

You just haven’t walked through the door yet.

Vision requires silence.
Stillness.
Refusal to chase.
Radical boundaries.

To follow that vision means:

  • Saying no to what dims your light.

  • Resisting the sugar, alcohol, the screen, the toxic routine.

  • Holding reverence for your mind, your body, your time.

  • Untangling from what they told you was “real.”

Your highest self is not waiting on you. She’s waiting for you.

To remember.
To claim her.
To finally say: I choose to see the truth and follow it — even when it costs me comfort.

Because Vision is a holy rebellion.

It’s the clearest thing we’ve got in a world built to blind us.

I leave you with this…

I know how hard it is when you're in the depths. When even the light feels like it’s mocking you. When you're drowning in hopelessness, questioning your worth, and your soul is scraping the bottom of the barrel for just one more breath.

I know. God, I know.

But let me tell you this, one hard choice a day is enough to change your entire life.

Even if it’s the same hard choice, over and over.
Even if your hands shake when you do it.
Even if no one claps.
Even if you backslide.

Show up.
For the version of you you haven’t fully met yet… the one you’d be proud to call home.
Show up until she feels safe to take the wheel.

And when that day comes, you’ll realize:
You didn’t heal overnight.
You healed every time you didn’t give up.

You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.

And I’m right here with you.
